Three offices,one region.
We work across Northern California from three offices — San Jose, San Francisco and Sacramento. That puts field inspectors and the laboratory within the same region as the work rather than dispatched into it, and it means the Bay Area and the Sacramento region are covered by the same agency, on one schedule and one set of records.
Where the offices are.
Three offices across Northern California. The map shows where they sit; it carries no coverage boundary, because where we can work is a question for the building department reviewing your project rather than something a line on a map can answer. Every address on it is also listed below as text.

Ask us about your building department.
Building departments each maintain their own requirements for the agencies allowed to perform special inspection on projects they review. What is required differs between departments, and it changes — a department can add a registration step, ask for different documentation, or update its list at any point in a code cycle.
For that reason we do not publish a list of jurisdictions we are approved in. Any such list would be a snapshot, it would go out of date quietly, and a client who relied on it would find out at the worst possible moment. The same is true of a coverage boundary drawn on a map.
The fast answer is a direct one. Tell us which department is reviewing the project and we will confirm what applies before quoting, rather than assuming it carries over from the last job.
